Security approach
The public website uses a deliberately conservative security presentation. Detailed customer security, hosting, retention and data-processing commitments should be confirmed against the deployed service during onboarding rather than inferred from marketing claims.
Product access and roles
Smokevent Pro Suite is designed around role-aware access for company administrators, office users and engineers, with company and work context used to control operational access.
Public website protection
The deployment includes HTTPS-ready Cloudflare Pages configuration, restrictive browser security headers, a Content Security Policy and a same-origin demonstration enquiry endpoint. Sensitive backend credentials are expected to be stored as encrypted project secrets rather than in browser code.
Demonstration enquiries
The public form collects only the information needed to respond to a demonstration request. Optional spam protection can be enabled server-side. A direct support email address remains available if the form service is unavailable.
Report a security concern
Potential security concerns may be reported privately to [email protected]. Avoid including real customer data in an initial report unless a secure channel has been agreed.
